do this and study the different muscle groups and bones or something. i recommend pirating some book that breaks it down or watching tutorials or simply searching it up. references are very important, don't ditch them, only after pouring 10000 hours into studying from references you would be able to draw something realistic from imagination, and even then industry pros still use them after reaching mastery
